abstract FIELD: analytical methods. SUBSTANCE: solutions of sodium diethyldithiocarbaminate, sample being analyzed, 3,3',5,5'- tetramethyl benzidine, and hydrogen peroxide are consecutively added to enzyme preparation on carrier (polyurethane foam based on oxyethylene and oxypropylene ethers) immobilized in chitosan. Hydrogen peroxide addition moment is regarded as zero time for registering time before bright blue colored spot on polyurethane foam appears.
