SUBSTANCE: complex additive comprises functionally active additive from group consisting of industrial lignosulfonates or modified industrial lignosulfonates or sulfite-yeast mash, aqueous polyvinyl acetate dispersion, or aqueous dispersions of styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymers, or alkyl- dimethylamine oxide or casein adhesive, or caprolactam production aqueous layer, or liquid glass, or alkylbenzosulfonic acid, or carboxymethyl cellulose, or bone adhesive, or sodium salt of naphthalene-formaldehyde condensation product, or mixture of sodium or triethanolamine salts or primary fatty C 10 -C 18 alcohol alkylsulfates or mixture of sodium or triethanolamine salts of synthetic C 10 -C 16 fatty acid alkylamide sulfates or mixture of sodium or calcium salts of fatty C 19 -C 25 acid, or mixture of sodium or triethanol salts of monoethanol amide sulfates, or of synthetic C 12 -C 16 fatty acids alkali metal chlorides, sulfates, nitrates or nitrites, or double or triple mixtures thereof at weight ratios of ingredients of 1: 1 and 1:1:1, respectively in amount of 6.5-12.5%, soapy wood resin in amount of 20.0-48.0% and sodium salt of condensation products of phenol production waste based on cumylphenol and alpha-methylstyrene dimers in amount of 39.5-73.5%.
