abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming conjunctive superficial and deep sclera flaps. Deep scleral flap, external wall of Schlemm's canal with exposed descemetous membrane edge are dissected without anterior chamber to be opened. At least one drain canal is built so that deep sclera flap bed comes beyond the superficial sclera flap boundary and/or a canal is built with prolonged deep sclera flap bed beyond the superficial sclera flap boundary and/or a canal is built with superficial sclera flap shortened to reach partial exposure of deep sclera flap bed and/or partial dissection or incision al incision of at least one lateral wall of the superficial sclera flap to reach partial exposure of deep sclera flap bed. Any combination of the mentioned variants is possible. EFFECT: enhanced and prolonged hypotensive action; easy discharge of intraocular fluid. 6 dwg
