titleOfInvention Worn-out tyre reprocessing method
abstract FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of reprocessing of worn-out tyres consists of thermal decomposition at temperature t=400-500 C with formation of vapor-gas products and solid carbon residue, cooling to t= 40-50 C, division into liquid and vapor phases and carbon residue, division of liquid phase into light and heavy fractions, grinding of carbon residue, granulating of carbon residue with use of wetting liquid and carbonizing of carbon residue. Cooling of carbon residue is carried out by evaporating pyrolysis water with addition of gaseous ammonia into cooling zone. Granulating is carried out with use, as wetting liquid, a mixture of heavy coal tar products, pitch distillation residue and carbonization resin at the following ratio of wetting liquid components: 1.0 : (0.8-3.0) : (0.1-2.2), with ratio of wetting liquid and carbon residue being (0.80-0.95) : 1.00. Granulating is carried out at temperature t=30- 80 C during 15-30 min. Carbonizing of carbon residue is carried out at temperature t=450-800 C during 45-90 min. Additional activation of carbon residue is carried out at temperature t= 850-1050 C during 80-100 min and oxidation of heavy fraction of liquid phase to final product (plasticizer) by oxygen of air is carried out at temperature t=150-160 C during 15-18 h at gauge pressure P g = 0,2-0,4 Mpa.. Gases and light resins formed in proposed process are delivered for combustion into furnaces of reactor, carbonizer and activator of solid carbon residue. EFFECT: reduced consumption of power for grinding the material and heating of reactor devices, enlarged sphere of application of activated coal and plasticizer, reduced volume and spectrum of discharge of harmful substances formed at reprocessing of worn-out tyres. 1 tbl, 1 dwg
