FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing pupil iris edge area to YAG-laser radiation in the sector having minimum posterior synechiae. Pulse power is 1.0-2.0 mJ, the number of pulses is 5-30. Free space between cornea and iris being created, basal YAG-laser iridotomy is additionally carried out in the zone adjacent to the root. EFFECT: prevented injuries of the cornea. |
