titleOfInvention Method of submerged culturing anthrax vaccine strain sti-1
abstract FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of the preliminary treated corn extract in the process of submerged culture growing at amount 30-60 mg% by total nitrogen content. Process of submerged culturing is carried out under microscopy control. Time of addition of corn extract is determined by the stage of development of growing cells - the presence of cytoplasm clearing in 90% of cells stained by method of Zil-Nielsen in smears, not less, and expressed granulation by poles. EFFECT: increased yield of biomass of the strain STI-1, decreased lysis of vegetative cells in the process of the culture growth. 3 tbl, 3 ex
