titleOfInvention Method for diagnosing blood circulation disorders in the penis of a patient suffering from erection dysfunction, at functional state
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining linear velocity of blood circulation in diastole and systole phases, their ratio and mean linear velocity of blood circulation. Artificial erection of the penis is created by means of vacuum compression device with clamping ring using local negative pressure method and Doppler ultrasonic examination is carried out. The same values and percent difference of linear velocity of blood circulation after erection time is passed, are determined. Erection achieving its maximum, rarefaction stimulation of the penis is stopped and clamping ring is displaced to its root. Values before and during erection are compared. Blood circulation growth being less than 50%, conclusion is made that the patient is suffering from organic erection insufficiency. Blood circulation during erection increasing by more tan 50%, functional erection insufficiency is considered to be the case. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. 2 tbl
