titleOfInvention Method of one-stage oxychloration of ethylene in fixed bed
abstract FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method of oxychloration of ethylene to prepare 1,2-dichloroethane comprises reacting excess of ethylene with chlorine source and oxygen source in fixed bed reactor for oxychloration in the presence of copper chloride-based catalyst on carrier. Reagents are fed into inlet of individual reactor and ethylene is in molar excess of 200-700% with respect to chlorine. EFFECT: simplified process and high selectivity with respect to ethylene with HCl utilization of higher than 99%. 8 cl, 6 ex
