FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bicyclic compounds with nucleus formed by two condensed six-membered cycles, for example, isoquinoline, isoquinolone, tetrahydronaphthalene, dihydronaphthalene or tetralone substituted with both acid and basic functional groups and these compounds can be used for inhibition of erythrocytes aggregation. Invention relates to a bicyclic compound of the formula (I) where: B 1 ,B 2 ,B 3 ,B 4 are taken independently among carbon and nitrogen atoms at condition that at least two of B 1 ,B 2 ,B 3 ,B 4 are carbon atoms; R 3 - an acid group; n = 2-6; R 0 is taken among hydrogen, halogen atom and can be similar or distinct or =O at condition that if R 0 is= 0, n= O then only one of B 1 ,B 2 ,B 3 and B 4 can be nitrogen atom; the binding group - (L) is a bond or divalent substituted or unsubstituted chain containing from 1 to 10 atoms taken among the group including carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms; Q - an organic group containing the basic radical. Invention describes a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) that inhibits platelets erythrocytes aggregation. EFFECT: valuable property of compounds. 11 cl, 26 dwg, 1 tbl, 44 ex |
