FIELD: coated materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to articles and coatings designed such as to provide specified heat conductivity values and temperature expansion factors matching the same characteristics of those materials to which said articles and said coatings are to be attached. Desired characteristics are imparted to particles by coating them, after which multitude of coated particles are joined by compacting, isostatic pressing, or injection formation. Coating for each particle is applied at specified coating-to-particle volume ratio so that heat conductivity value and/or temperature expansion factor of coated particle differ from those characteristics of particle material and coating separately. As particle material, graphite, diamond, tungsten, or nickel-42 are used and, as coating material, copper. Desired characteristics of coated particles are obtained for temperature range 25 to 400 C. EFFECT: increased reliability of parameters' reproducibility of articles to be manufactured. 14 cl, 12 dwg |
