titleOfInvention | Method of treating chronic urethroprostatitis with chlamys and urea- mycoplasma etiology |
abstract | FIELD: urology. SUBSTANCE: treatment is started by intramuscular injection of immunostimulator (neovir) once a day with 48 hr pause, total number of injections being 5-10. Consecutive administration of antibiotics and physiotherapeutic procedures is started on the second neovir injection day. Two antibacterial preparations are administered chosen from different groups taking into account sensitivity of infecting agent, administration being carried out for 14-28 days without pauses. Physiotherapeutic procedures consist in daily vibramycinum ultraphonophoresis carried out transrectally in 4-10 ms pulse mode with intensity 0.2-0.4 W/sq.cm, 5-7 min duration, and total number of procedures 10-12. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency due to more selective action on infecting agent. 4 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex |
