abstract |
FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of 0.25-10% solution of polyethylene imine into vitreous cavity; in 10-20 min, closed vitrectomy is effected. Method allows induction of rear amotio of vitreous body with subsequent full removal of it to prevent development of proliferative process in diabetic retinopathy and amotio retinae of various etiology. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. |
