abstract FIELD: water cooling devices. SUBSTANCE: water cooler includes heat-insulated reservoir and thermoelectric unit whose cold side is mounted on lateral (vertical) wall of reservoir made from high-heat-conducting material. Wall of reservoir is made in form of radiator-cooler and ensures, in maximum degree, natural convection at cooling of water. Reservoir is provided with temperature monitoring system, water intake and replenishing devices connected with system maintaining required cooling effect of thermoelectric unit.
