abstract FIELD: manufacture of constructional arbolite for industrial, agricultural and civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: arbolite mix comprises binder consisting of portland cement and additive, wood filler, calcium chloride and water contains, and as binder additive, sand in amount of 11-24 wt % at feldspar to quartz ratio of 0.9-1.1 in sand. Binder has specific surface of 4500-5000 sq. cm and composition components are as follows, wt %: portland cement, 30.7-35.00; sand, 4.4- 9.7; wood filler, 31.8-34.0; calcium chloride, 4.2-5.7; and water, 22.5-24.0. EFFECT: arbolite mix has compression strength by 1.2-1.5 times greater than that of the prototype and consumption of portland cement is reduced by 1.4-24%. 2 cl, 2 tbl
