titleOfInvention | DERIVATIVES OF 3-β-ALKENYLPENAM AND THEIR PHARMACEUTICALLY COMPATIBLE SALTS |
abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 3-β-alkenylpenam of the general formula (I): β where one of and R 1 means R 2 , -CN, -COR 4 , halogen atom, -CH= -CH 2 R 5 or Q and other means hydrogen atom and either lower alkyl or both in common mean CHR 6 -lactam ring; γ means hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, arylalkyl, allyl or a radical splitting in vivo; R 3 means hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-, benzyl-oxy-, amino-, lower alkylamino-group or lower alkyl-lower alkoxyamino-group; R 4 means hydroxyl group, R 5 or five- or six-membered N-, S- and/or O-containing heteroaromatic ring bound through nitrogen atom; -OCONHR 7 ,-OCONH 2 means -CN or -CHO; R 6 means R 7 ; Q means five- or six-membered N-, S- and/or O-containing heteroaromatic ring and n = 0, 1 or 2, and pharmaceutically compatible salts of these compounds. These compounds show an inhibitory effect on -COCH 2 Cl-lactamase activity. Under definite conditions they can be used in combination with β-lactam antibiotic for prophylaxis and control of pathogens of diseases producing β-lactamase. EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, valuable pharmacological properties. 17 cl, 3 tbl, 27 ex |
