titleOfInvention Method of and device for removal of oxygen from upper space of pack
abstract FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are designed for blowing sterile nitrogen into aseptically filled pack in process of its sealing. Nitrogen is injected through nozzle fixed between two movable sealing members. Nitrogen is delivered from top at angle of 40-50 degrees to vertical in direction opposite to direction of pack movement. Nitrogen injection velocity exceeds sterile air injection velocity. EFFECT: provision of long storage packs in which products preserve their vitamins and mineral salts. 10 cl, 2 dwg
