abstract FIELD: pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: device for peroral delivery of medicinal agent acting in large intestine has hydrogel base. Medicinal agent is in this base or is surrounded with it. Base is obtained by interaction of dextran or its derivatives with agent of cross-bond formation. Agent provides for system with covalent bonding between polymer chains formed by cross- bonds. For example, agent may form urethan bonds. Device is obtained by dissolving of the above-indicated polymer with addition of cross-bond formation agent into solution. Medicinal agent is introduced before or after their interaction. Medicinal agent may be introduced in form of solution or liquid into gel obtained as a result of interaction of polymer with agent.
