titleOfInvention Quasar-method for blast cropping of underwater, surface ships and vessels (embodiments)
abstract FIELD: blasting operations used for cropping of ships, vessels and other floating objects, mainly for scrap. SUBSTANCE: the method provides for installation of explosive charges in the form of elongated Quasar-charges on the floating object, in polymeric shells inclusive manufactured in situ by ВВЖИМИ. Electric blast circuits are wired and the charges are blasted. The method has four variants of cropping of floating objects taking into account the specific features of their arrangement at cropping, namely: drydock, afloat, in dock or on floating section of mother dock. EFFECT: reduced danger and cost of cropping operations, enhanced capacity. 14 cl
