titleOfInvention METHOD OF PREPARING ECDYSTEROIDS OF PLANT SERRATULA: α-ECDYSONE, β-ECDYSONE, AND INOCOSTERONE
abstract FIELD: isolation of natural compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of phytopreparations, in particular, to simultaneously preparing three phytoecdysteroids: α-ecdysone (1), β-ecdysone (2), and inocosterone (3) having following formula: α where β, respectively, are: (1) H, OH, methyl; (2) OH, OH, methyl; and OH, OH, and hydroxymethyl. Method is based on extraction of overground part of plant with ethanol-water mixture, reextraction of lipophilic admixtures with hydrocarbon solvent, clarification of extract by electrocoagulation of phenols, proteins, and pigments, solid-phase extraction of phytoecdysteroids by the use of sorbent containing functional hexadecyldimethylsilane coat on its pore surface. Phytoecdysteroids are selectively eluted from sorbent with mixture of water with organic solvent. EFFECT: intensified and simplified process, and improved quality of products. 1 tbl, 13 ex
