abstract | FIELD: isolation of natural compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of phytopreparations, in particular, to simultaneously preparing three phytoecdysteroids: α-ecdysone (1), β-ecdysone (2), and inocosterone (3) having following formula: α where β, respectively, are: (1) H, OH, methyl; (2) OH, OH, methyl; and OH, OH, and hydroxymethyl. Method is based on extraction of overground part of plant with ethanol-water mixture, reextraction of lipophilic admixtures with hydrocarbon solvent, clarification of extract by electrocoagulation of phenols, proteins, and pigments, solid-phase extraction of phytoecdysteroids by the use of sorbent containing functional hexadecyldimethylsilane coat on its pore surface.
