This promotes to the safety of an adequate density of cornea posterior epithelium in the process of its conservation and provides the maintenance of normal thickness and transparency of cornea in patients with transplants from the adhelon-containing medium. Method is used for through keratoplastics due to stimulation of regeneration of damaged donor cornea endothelium with adhelon and for cornea bank making.
