abstract | FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water in mixing tank. Sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup is introduced there. Then mixture is thoroughly mixed, treated by activated carbon by passing through carbon-cleaning battery with filtration speed up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon. The prepared mixture is moved into finishing tank. Glycerin dissolved in rectified alcohol is introduced in finishing tank, and after it, introduced there is mixture of dry ginseng extract "Relikt" and succinic acid dissolved separately in corrected potable water. The prepared product is mixed, and its proof is corrected, and after control filtration, bottled. The ingredients are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal of prepared product: glycerin, 0.2-0.4 kg; succinic acid, 0.09-0.2 kg; dry ginseng extract "Relikt", 0.1-0.2 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, at the rate of blend proof equal to 40%.
