abstract |
FIELD: intensification of effect of separation between mould and solidified moulding material in the course of injection moulding or transfer moulding, reduction of critical surface tension of mould surface and intensification of the effect of separation due to coating of mould surface by a thin layer or layers of low-temperature plasma formed by organic polymer. SUBSTANCE: the mould surface is preliminarily treated by plasma of chemically active or inert gas. Then, a thin film of polymer is applied onto the mould surface by means of plasma polymerization.
