titleOfInvention | New polypeptide and pharmaceutical composition against hiv-infection |
abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry, peptides, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polypeptide of the formula A 1 -Trp-Cys-A 2 -A 3 -A 3 -X-A 2 -A 3 -A 3 -Cys-A 3 -A 4 where A 1 - a peptide residue having two basic amino acids taken from lysine, arginine and ornithine being a residue where N-α-hydrogen atom of amino-terminal amino acid residue can be substituted with acyl group or thiocarbamoyl group forms N-α-substituted peptide residue, N-α-substituted peptide residue substituted with thiocarbamoyl group; A 2 - tyrosine residue; A 3 - lysine or arginine residue; A 4 is NH 2 ; X - a residue of peptide D-lysyl-proline, prolyl-D-lysine, lysyl-glycine, D-ornithyl-proline where hydrogen atom of ω-amino-group, D-lysine, L-lysine, D-ornithine or L-ornithine can be substituted with ω-aminoacyl group and peptide residue is bound with amino acid residues at 6 and 8 positions through peptide bond per se; Trp - tryptophan residue; Cys - cysteine residue or its salt that can be used in the pharmaceutical composition as an antiviral agent, for example, against HIV-infection. EFFECT: antiviral activity of new polypeptide. 5 cl, 5 tbl, 5 ex |
