titleOfInvention | Method of treatment of magnetically soft iron-containing material |
abstract | FIELD: methods of treatment of magnetic materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of oxide coating from suspension of compounds capable of ferrite formation with fineness of powder particles in suspension of 0.01-3 mcm and heat treatment in hydrogen or vacuum for 4-8 h at temperature of 1150-1300 C with heating rate of not more than 300 C/h. Ferrite-forming compounds are used in the form of oxides or salts of barium, or magnesium, or nickel, or iron, or some other elements capable of forming ferrites with iron oxide. Liquid base of suspension is used in the form of alcohol. Prior to application of coating, oxidizing is carried out at 500-600 C for 10-40 min. Proposed method increases magnetic permeability by factor of 1.5-5 and reduces coercive force by factor of 2-5. EFFECT: improved magnetic properties; preserved electric insulating properties of material and simplified method of treatment. 4 cl, 12 dwg, 2 tbl |
