FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: rigid polyurethane foam and laminate based on it including coating material and indicated polyurethane foam are obtained by bringing into contact urethane-modified polyisocyanate with polyatomic alcohol in presence of gas-formation substance including water. Urethane-modified polyisocyanate (isocyanate group content 10 to 29 wt %) is product of reaction of polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate with polyol- polyether with molecular weight at least 2000 and oxyethylene group content at least 35 wt %.
