Composition equivalent of living skin, method of its preparing, test-set |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine, skin transplantation. SUBSTANCE: composition equivalent of living skin comprises epidermal layer of cultured keratinocytes, layer of porousless collagen and dermal layer of cultured fibroblasts in spongy matrix cross-linked by porous collagen. Preferable porousless collagen is bovine collagen of type 1, type 3 or their mixture treated with pepsin. Invention describes a method of skin equivalent preparing and test-set for the skin equivalent testing in vitro. Indicated skin equivalent can be used for skin transplantation and for assay of effects of different substances on skin in vitro. EFFECT: broadened functional capabilities. 8 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex |
