FIELD: respiratory diseases. SUBSTANCE: to autogenous blood cell paste including all blood cells and obtained from 6-8% whole blood, 30/120 mg of prednisolone and 1- 2 ml of 100 mcg/ml ATP are added. Mixture, prior to be returned to patient, is incubated for 20 min at room temperature. Method reduces time and number of operations as compared to known method, reduces time required for clinical improvement, reduces course and daily prednisolone doze, and essentially reduces maintaining prednisolone doze during posthospital period.
