abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening anterior eye chamber in point mode. Liquefied lens mass is released. Died viscoelastic preparation is injected under the capsule. The capsule is separated and continuous capsulorhexis is carried out on the flap boundary determined by died viscoelastic preparation. Hydrodissection being completed, lens nucleus is removed with phacoemulsifier. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and safety of capsulorhexis. |
