titleOfInvention Dental implant and method for its being set up
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: implant has means for fastening artificial denture and endoosteal part as plate-like casing having periodontal ligament imitation units manufactured from material possessing shape memory properties. The latter ones are attached to casing edge in symmetrical positions relative to the means for fastening artificial denture by means of slots made in the casing with branches (bosses) which thickness being equal to 1/3 casing thickness. The implant has at least two detachable fastening units each composed of two plates having space between them and set in parallel to casing and joined with head-like holder unit at one end that has opening to enable its removing. The plates are set at the other end on the parts of the casing provided with periodontal ligament imitation units with their parallel state not protruding outside the casing, retained. Method involves preparing bone bed, positioning the implant with its axial displacement into bed depth. The means for fastening artificial denture are set in advance and removed after the implant is set up. EFFECT: reliable and easy installation. 2 cl, 9 dwg
