abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has frame of biologically inert titanium nickelide possessing shape memory effect for embracing vein from outside. Device is made in the form of bent perforated plate. In working position plate is in the form of nonclosed elliptical cylinder with ratio of exes diameters of 0.75-0.9. Perforated surface occupies 30-70% of plate surface. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to improvement of venous outflow of blood at relatively low contraction of total area of vein cross-section, exclusion of necessity of vein mobilization over considerable extent, achievement of adequate correction of valve function. 4 cl, 2 dwg |
