abstract |
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating tendon and removing commissures. The defect is substituted with allotendon. Two vertical intraosseous canals are formed on both sides of radial bone tuberosity. Canal widths are to be enough for conducting number 4-6 ligatures . The ligatures are brought through the canals. The allograft is fixed with suture of Cuneo type. The transplant is additionally fixed with transperiosteal stitches. EFFECT: lower traumatic consequences; prevented tendon rupture recurrence. 2 dwg |
