abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making lumbar region puncture at the point of intersection of the twelfth rib and iliocostal lumbar muscle. 0.8-1,5 l of nontoxic gas and trocar are introduced into retroperitoneal fat. Laparoscope is introduced through the trocar. Lumbar sympathetic stem is visualized. Manipulator is introduced through an additional pierced hole 5.0-7,5 cm away from the previous one along the twelfth rib. 3-4 ganglia of the sympathetic stem are destroyed on the same side with lesion area. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic injuries in doing operation; enhanced accuracy in identifying anatomical structures.
