titleOfInvention Defibrated cellulose product, absorbing pads and method of producing defibrated cellulose product
abstract FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: cellulose product and absorption pads from this product relate to defibrated cellulose product, in particular, ground cellulose having fibrous structure and characterized by high compressibility under the effect of heat and pressure. Fibrous structure is obtained by joining in dry state of cellulose fibers impregnated with efficient amount of joining agent and at least one bifunctional, trifunctional or polyfunctional alcohol and separated into fibers before carrying out of joining reaction. Absorbing pads consist of at least partially of cellulose product in compliance with received in compliance with the method of its production. This method includes separation of fibers and product joining. Cellulose fibers are impregnated with effective amount of chemical reagents including joining agent and at least one bifunctional, trifunctional or polyfunctional alcohol. Impregnated matter is dried, separated into fibers not later that after drying. Separated cellulose fibers are joined in dry state by heating of dried defibrated cellulose product. As a result, obtained product features good compressibility under the effect of heat and pressure in combination with good absorption properties. EFFECT: production of cellulose product, in particular, pads intended for absorption of fluids liberated by organism. 43 cl, 8 dwg, 7 tbl
