FIELD: stock breeding. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, concerns isolation of phosphate, in particular, orthophosphate from liquid utilized for disinfecting animal bodies upon slaughter or during disembowel and production of animal forage containing thus isolated phosphate. Forage containing trisodium phosphate is useful to retard, reduce, or suppress growth of bacteria or bacterial contamination of carcasses when processed after slaughter.
