SUBSTANCE: composition containing, g/l: starch 40-50, sodium hydroxide 0.06-0.07, chloroamine 0.175-0.225, modifier 10-15, and water is distinguished by that modifier is a known preparation containing 30-40% of lignosulfonates, 10-20% of sodium-monoethanolammonium salts of sulfosuccinic acid monoesters and primary fatty alcohol ethoxylates, 0.7-0.9% of propylene trimer-based oxyalylenated monoalkylphenols, 0.3- 0.6% of silicon antifoam agent, and water to 1 l.
