abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: proposed medicinal form of acetylsalicylic acid has acetylsalicylic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, alkaline metal carbonate and/or hydrocarbonate and an additional substance: water-soluble sugar taken from the order: lactose, glucose, sucrose taken at the definite ratio of components in mas. p. p. Also, composition can contain additionally ascorbic acid; binding agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone (molecular mass is 10000-40000 Da) or carboxymethylcellulose sodium; slipping substance: fumaric acid or benzoate sodium; sweetening agent - saccharin, saccharinate sodium or aspartam, and an aromatic principle also. Invention provides a possibility to use medicinal form of acetylsalicylic acid by patients suffering with different forms of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and other pathological states requiring limitation of sodium ions usage.
