abstract |
FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to suppositories exhibiting vasodilating and spasmolytic effects. Suppositories have dibazol - 0.002 g per a single suppository (mass is 1.15-1.40 g). Base is solid candy fat of type A on the basis of plasticized hydrogenated fat or vitepsol - a mixture of triglycerides, diglycerides and monoglycerides of C 12 -C 18 -fatty acids. The use of suppositories excludes irritating effect on rectum intestine mucosa in children. Suppositories can be recommended for children with nausea and vomiting especially. Suppositories do not show adverse responses in baby organism. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 tbl |
