abstract FIELD: polymer production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new method of preparing block copolymers consisting in interaction of "living" diene-styrene block copolymer with bifunctional deactivation agent and at least one multifunctional deactivation cross-linking agent with functionality 3-6 and is distinguished by that content of bifunctional deactivation agent in mixture of cross-linking agents is 78-94% and that of multifunctional deactivation cross-linking agent is 6-22, while process is carried out until block copolymer containing 65-95 wt % of linear copolymer is obtained.
