FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes compounds of the formula: R 1 -C(O)-(CH 2 ) 2 -C(O)-R 2 where each of substitutes R 1 and R 2 has similar of distinct values being independently each of other; if R 1 and R 2 are similar then each of them has nonsubstituted or substituted arylamino-, cycloalkylamino-, pyridylamino-, piperidino-, 9-purine-6-amino- or thiazolylamino-group; if R 1 and R 2 are different then R 1 means group R 3 -N-R 4 where R 3 and R 4 are similar or distinct being independently each of other and each means - H, OH, nonsubstituted or substituted, linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkylhydroxy-, arylhydroxy-, arylalkylhydroxy-, pyridyl group; or R 3 and R 4 form together piperidine group and R 2 means hydroxylamino-, -OH, NH 2 , alkylamino-, dialkylamino-, alkoxy-group; n = 4-8. Synthesized compounds are used for preparing a pharmaceutical composition that inhibits tumor cells proliferation.
