titleOfInvention | Method of determining cyclosporin a in blood |
abstract | FIELD: hematology. SUBSTANCE: capillary blood sample (0.1-0.3 ml) is placed on chromatographic paper, dried at 15-35 C for 1.5-2 hr, diluted with 8- 12 ml of distilled water, treated with reagents, extracted with 80-100 ml of methanol, centrifuged, and subjected to spectrophotometric analysis to plot calibration curve, from which cyclosporin A level in blood is determined. One advantage of the invention is possibility to store blood sample on chromatographic paper for a long time and also to transport it from remote populated areas. Subsequent treatment of preserved blood according to above-indicated procedure, independently of the time of its arrival into laboratory, makes its possible to obtain reliably accurate results concerning immunosuppressive capacity of patient. EFFECT: facilitated reliable analysis. 1 dwg, 2 ex |
