Method of manufacturing cellulose fibers with reduced tendency toward fibrillation |
abstract |
FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: solution of cellulose in tertiary amine oxide is spun into fibers. Freshly spun fibers are brought into contact with textile-auxiliary substance having two reactive groups in alkaline medium. Textile- auxiliary substance can be either a dye or a colorless substance. Afterwards, fibers are washed with buffer solution and can undergo heat treatment caused by electromagnetic waves or microwaves. EFFECT: several-fold reduced tendency of fibers to fibrillation with no sacrifice of their physico-chemical properties. 8 cl, 4 tbl, 19 ex |
