abstract |
FIELD: polymer materials disposal. SUBSTANCE: method provides for granulation and partial liquefaction of plastic material by heating it in sealed autoclave at 204-257 C and gage pressure 22-110 kPa in presence of pumping-suitable liquid hydrocarbon solvent. Resultant suspension contains dissolved plastic, liquid hydrocarbon solvent, released and non- released inorganic materials. Released inorganic material is removed and remaining suspension is subjected to incomplete oxidation reaction to produce synthesis gas, reduction or fuel gas.
