abstract | FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to extrusion of products from plastic materials and especially to continuous extrusion of products from plastic materials and also to novel products made from plastic materials. Method of extruding plastic materials involves initial stage of extrusion when extruded is at least one layer of material being thermally sealed in extruding apparatus. Material being thermally sealed is heated to ensure at least preset minimal speed of sealing at initial stage of extrusion. Simultaneously with initial stage of extrusion, performed in extruding apparatus is second stage of extrusion which involves extrusion of at least one layer of thermoplastic material between thermally sealed plastic material and at least one wall of extruder head. Also described is plastic article produced by aforesaid method. Application of aforesaid procedure allows for reducing considerably high frictional resistance between material being thermally sealed and at least one wall of extruder head.
