Method of preparing diacetylrhein at low content of aloe-emodin impurities and diacetylrhein-containing pharmaceutical agent |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of rhein-9-anthrone-8-glucoside or a mixture of sennosides reduced to compounds of rhein-9-anthrone-8-glucoside and aloe-emodinanthrone with 2-butanol or acetone in an aqueous medium. The latter has an alkaline metal dithionite and negative redox potential (210 mV, not less). Then mixture is acidified with acid and obtained rhein-9-anthrone-8-glucoside is oxidized with ferric (Fe +3 ) salt to rhein-8-glucoside. Glucose residue is split off in an acid medium and obtained rhein is acetylated and diacetylrhein is obtained. EFFECT: Invention relates to also a pharmaceutical agent for treatment of patients with arthritis diseases and has the obtained diacetylrhein and pharmaceutically acceptable base and additional substances. 7 cl, 3 ex |
