abstract | FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 5-amino-2,4,6,7-tetramethyl-2- -(4-phenylpiperidinomethyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzo-[b]-furan enantiomer crystalline salts showing stability and increased water solubility. They can be used as effective inhibitors of lipid peroxides formation. Compounds are synthesized by interaction of 5-amino-2,4,6,7-tetramethyl-2-(4-phenylpiperi- -dinomethyl)-2,4-dihydrobenzo-[b] -furan with an optically active organic acid or by interaction of 5-amino-2,4,6,7- -tetramethyl-2-(4-phenylpiperidinomethyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzo- -[b] -furan with acid. Pharmaceutical composition prepared on the base said inhibits lipid peroxide formation.
