abstract | FIELD: plants for treatment of water with silver ions for disinfection and preservation of potable water on water, air and surface transports, objects of their servicing, and also in swimming pools, in production of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and in other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has electrolyzer with silver electrodes supplying the electrolyzer, source of direct current with switch of electrode polarity, water volume flow transducer connected with stabilized DC source, system of pipelines for supply and discharge of water, current correction unit connected with electrolyzer by means of electrolyzer current regulator, and flowmeter installed on outlet of pipeline system. The plant is additionally provided with a device for emergency disconnection. The technical result is the possibility of maintaining the electrolysis current value which is compensated depending on variation of geometric parameters of silver electrodes in case of their wear in the course of electrolysis.
