abstract | FIELD: agriculture, may be employed during harvesting of legume grasses with the usage of chemicals. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating young crops with desiccant, such as reglon, at the phase, when 75-80% of clover heads are browned; harvesting crops by combine. Desiccant is taken in an amount of 2-2.5 kg/hectare and mixed with cutting liquid taken in an amount of 10-1 l/hectare. Such ratio of components allows toxic load of seed herbage to be reduced.
