abstract FIELD: molecular biology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing modified myxobacteria from a group Sorangium/Polyangium. Method is based on preparing recombinant plasmid DNA molecule which due to its specific structure encodes new and desirable valuable properties, integrates homological recombination at exactly defined point owing to the known homology into bacterial genome and accumulates their in myxobacterial cell.
