abstract FIELD: production of polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymeric materials from sheet material waste with polyvinyl chloride cover, in part, artificial leather, textile waste on the basis of natural and artificial fibers, artificial fur. Agglomerate processing to articles is carried out at the following technological regimes in zones of thermoplastic automate: temperature in the 1-st cylinder zone - 175 C, in 2-d zone - 150 C, in 3-d zone - 155 C, nozzle temperature - 180 C, injection pressure is 90-120 kgf/cm 2 , cycle duration is 2.5 min. Obtained agglomerate of polymeric compositions can be used as polymeric raw for making different articles for technics and domestic using. Quantitative waste of materials made of nonthermoplastic fibers in total waste mass can be below 30% and waste of sheet materials with polyvinyl chloride cover must be 50%, not less. Invention ensures to use 20000 t per a year polymeric raw to secondary utilization and decrease an equivalent amount of polluting substances drop to environment.
