titleOfInvention Preparative form of poly-[(2,5-dihydroxyphenylene)]-4-thiosulfoacid sodium salt
abstract FIELD: biology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations regulating cell metabolism. Preparation is a poly-[(2,5-dihydroxyphenylene)] -4-thiosulfoacid sodium salt containing a mixture of monomers and involving 50-70% dimeric compound. For preparing preparative form sodium thiosulfate and para-benzoquinone are subjected for interaction in an aqueous-acetone medium at 50-60 C for 30-60 min at their molar ratio from 1:1.5 to 1:1. The end product is isolated and impurities are removed. EFFECT: broadened pattern of assortment of agents influencing cell metabolism in the most suitable preparative form. 3 ex, 12 tbl
